Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sale on all items are final. This is for our customers safety because we do not know if the item has been tampered with. The only time we will accept a return on food items is if they arrived with an expiration date that has passed.

If items arrive damaged, please contact us with pictures (photos) of package and damaged items and we will refund you the cost of the items in full. Please...Please you must send us these pictures in order to get a refund. If we do not receive these pictures, no refund will be issued back to your account.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect items to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date your received the item.

Note: We advise our customers to not buy an item in bulk if it is their first time buying the item from our site. This will prevent you the buyer from ending up with bulk of items that you cannot return. Once you are satisfied with the single item you bought from our site, then you can proceed to order them in bulk if you wish to do so.
